1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gobroadpath website, dashboard, AI copilot, WhatsApp receptionist and related services ("Services"). By creating an account, subscribing or otherwise using Gobroadpath, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Gobroadpath is operated by Gobroadpath Pty Ltd, with its principal place of business at 19/38 Scarborough Beach Road, North Perth, WA 6006, Australia.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Gobroadpath. If you are under 18, you should use the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Services

Gobroadpath provides educational planning and admissions-support tools, including:

• University and program research, matching and shortlisting.
• Profile building, scoring and gap analysis.
• AI-assisted essay and SOP drafting, review and feedback.
• Application deadline tracking, task management and document storage.
• Booking and attending sessions with human mentors and counsellors.
• WhatsApp-based receptionist and support via "Maya".

We may update, expand or remove features at any time. We will notify you of material changes where appropriate.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.

5. Subscriptions, trials and refunds

Some Gobroadpath plans require payment. When you subscribe, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees through our payment processor, Stripe. We may offer a free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we explicitly agree otherwise. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading or plagiarised application materials.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape or abuse the AI copilot or messaging interfaces.
• Harass, abuse or discriminate against mentors, staff or other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual property

Gobroadpath owns all rights in the Services, including software, designs, branding and content created by us. You retain ownership of the documents, essays and data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to use that content solely to provide and improve the Services.

8. Disclaimers

Gobroadpath is an educational planning and admissions-support tool. We do not make admissions decisions, issue visas, guarantee scholarships or guarantee admission to any university. You should always verify deadlines, fees, requirements and visa rules through official university and government sources.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gobroadpath and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
